From Val d'Inferno to San Tomaso, a journey through geological history and panoramic views of the Lecco mountains
Better known as Max, he is a Mid-Mountain Guide for the Lombardy Regional Alpine Guides Association.
He has always been drawn to the mountains, visiting them since he was young, first in “his” Orobie Alps and later expanding his knowledge of the mountains of Lombardy and some in other regions.
Within the CAI (Italian Alpine Club), he was also a sectional Youth Mountaineering Guide from 2006 to 2020 and, after attending an introductory course in caving, he has been a sectional caving instructor since 2012.
His passion for the mountains is therefore divided equally between the outdoors and the underground, with natural caves and artificial cavities. He invites you to join him in discovering the mountains, especially the lesser-known ones, which always hold surprises and excitement.
