Description

A hike through valleys and mountains that allows you to discover the beauty of Valsassina step by step: the route starts in Pasturo, in the heart of the valley, on a paved road that soon makes way for dirt tracks and gravel trails. The landscape opens up to meadows and farmhouses, whilst the northern slopes of Grigna come into view as you gradually gain altitude. The climb offers views of the valleys below, alternating between meadows, woods and alpine scenery.

The first stop is Alpe Cova, where a small alpine lake reflects the Grigne mountains. From here, a final uphill stretch leads to the Antonietta Mountain Hut in Pialeral, the perfect place for a break before the descent.

The return journey can follow the same route or take a different path along dirt tracks and forest trails, offering open views of woods and meadows all the way down to the valley.

Wear suitable footwear and clothing; helmets are compulsory, protective gear is optional. Bring a rucksack with water and snacks.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of the experience. In case of cancellation, you can choose one of the following options:

– Request a discount code with the same amount of your booking that can be used to buy an experience on www.leccotourism.it within 12 months from the date of issue;

– Request a refund of 85% of the amount paid.

If you do not cancel or modify your reservation within 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded and the changes will not be accepted.

For cancellations by the operator due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. bad weather conditions) or if the minimum number of participants will not be reached, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and you will receive by email a discount code for the entire amount paid.

Experiences are only confirmed once the minimum number of participants has been reached. You will receive a confirmation or cancellation email, at least within 48 hours before the planned date of the experience.
