Evening trek to discover the secrets of the forest

Description

On this hike you will discover how exciting it can be to visit the woods at night!

A new, evocative and mysterious perspective awaits you on this ring-shaped evening trek, in which you will get to know the nightlife of the woods just a few steps away from the centre of Lecco. We will set off from the district of San Giovanni and shortly ascend to the hamlet of Cereda. With the last rays of sunlight, we will admire a splendid panorama of the city, the lake and the nearby majestic walls of Corno Medale, and then enter the woods that cover the slopes of Monte Melma. We will climb up to the locality of Montalbano and push into the thickest part of the forest, on the tracks of the creatures that inhabit it.

Finally, we will return to town through the characteristic village of Varigione.

Programme

8:30 p.m. – meeting at the Lecco Hostel in Via Giacomo Matteotti 89a, briefing and excursion departure

23:30 – return to the car park

Wear hiking boots or walking shoes and sportswear (preferably long trousers)

Carry trekking backpack, headlamp or torch, sweatshirt or light sweater, k-way or poncho or rain cape, water bottle (1L) and light snacks.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of the experience. In case of cancellation, you can choose one of the following options:

– Request a discount code with the same amount of your booking that can be used to buy an experience on www.leccotourism.it within 12 months from the date of issue;

– Request a refund of 85% of the amount paid.

If you do not cancel or modify your reservation within 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded and the changes will not be accepted.

For cancellations by the operator due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. bad weather conditions) or if the minimum number of participants will not be reached, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and you will receive by email a discount code for the entire amount paid.
