Would you like to enjoy an aperitif in a scenic location, far from the noise of traffic and the city? Would you like to experience the thrill of admiring a lake-view sunset in nature, but don’t know where to go?
This experience is perfect for you!
Through a simple circular route and with the accompaniment of a certified hiking guide, you will walk along the slopes of Monte Barro, enjoying the richness of nature and breathtaking views.
Starting from Pescate (Lecco), we will ride along a section of the cycle path that runs along the Adda river, contemplating the village of Pescarenico, located on the opposite bank. Reaching Ponte Azzone Visconti, the oldest bridge in Lecco, we will take the path leading to Pian Sciresa, on Monte Barro.
At Pian Sciresa we will stop for a shared packed aperitif, with panoramic views of Lecco and the lake. We will organise ourselves before the hike so that everyone brings food and drink to share, for an aperitif/picnic in the midst of nature, which will be a moment of fun and sharing.
On the way back, we will descend along another path to the Sanctuary of San Michele, a peculiar unfinished church in a very evocative location, and from here we will take another path that will take us to the lake of Garlate, where we will take the Adda cycle path back to our starting point.
