Description

Piani di Bobbio are located in Barzio, Valsassina valley, at an altitude between 1660m and 2000m.

For the presence of ski facilities, it is a well-known location in winter, and in spring and summer it’s a suitable destination for outdoor sports including mountain bike tours.

If you love cycling and adrenaline-filled experiences, this tour is perfect for you!

Starting from the car park of the Piani di Bobbio cable car we will go up the cable car with the bicycles and from there we will discover the surrounding valley until we reach Valtorta, a small village nestled in the mountains which owes its name to its winding shape.

After a stop in which we will eat a packed lunch, we will make an adrenaline-filled descent along dirt roads to the cable car car park.

Programme

9:00 am – departure from the parking lot of the Piani di Bobbio cable car and ascent by cable car
3:00 pm / 4:00 pm – return to the starting point

Cancellation policy  

You may cancel or amend your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of the experience. In case of cancellation, you may choose one of the following options:  

- Request a discount code equal to the amount of your booking, spendable on www.leccotourism.it within 12 months from the date of issue.  

- Ask for a refund of 85% of the fee paid.  

If you do not cancel or change your booking within 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded and changes will not be accepted.  

For cancellations by the operator due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions) or failure to reach the minimum number of participants, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and sent a discount code equal to the full amount paid.
