Luciana de Michele is a practitioner registered with the Lombardy Region’s Register of Bio-Natural Disciplines (DBN), specialising in Forest Bathing with a holistic approach.
With an academic background in Sociology and Anthropology and extensive experience in social work and life coaching, she draws on her diverse skills to guide participants towards a conscious reconnection with their inner nature and the surrounding environment.
Born in Milan but driven by a spirit open to adventure and learning, she lived in Africa for many years, developing a unique sensitivity to ethnographic and evolutionary issues. Her programme focuses on personal growth and regeneration through deep immersion in the natural surroundings of Lecco.
She conducts her sessions in Italian and French.
