How to get there

By train

There are regional or direct trains from Milano Centrale, Milano Porta Garibaldi, Bergamo, Colico,
Varenna, Sondrio and Como to Lecco. The railway station is very close to the city centre.

By bus

Lecco can be reached from the nearby cities by the following bus routes:

• From Como, bus C40 (ASF Autolinee).
• From Valsassina, bus D35 (Lecco Trasporti).
• From Bellagio, bus 10 (LineeLecco).

By car

For those who prefer to use the car, Lecco can be reached via the SS36 towards Colico from Milan, and via the SP639 from Bergamo; it is possible to use the car parks in the centre of Lecco. The city centre has several restricted traffic zones, which can be consulted here.
For those who reach Lecco by camper van, the camper van parking area is in the Bione district in Via Toscanini, on the corner with Via Ticozzi-Brodolini.
