Get ready to enjoy a day of connection with ourselves and with nature!  <\/p>\n

Starting from Vercurago, we will reach Castello dell’Innominato, which offers an incredible view of the area. Our walk will continue along a path that will take us to Camposecco hut: here, in front of the inspiring view of the lake, we will do some yoga practices, such as pranayama and guided meditation, together with Elena, our instructor. After the lesson, we will relax and enjoy our packed lunch before heading back to the starting point along a pleasant circular route. <\/p>\n

10:00 a.m. – meeting point at the car park in Vercurago, Via Papa Giovanni XXIII  <\/p>\n

12:00 p.m. – arrival in Camposecco  <\/p>\n

12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. – pranayama and meditation practice  <\/p>\n

From 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. – lunch break <\/p>\n

1:30 p.m. – start of descent  <\/p>\n
