An experience to slow down and be inspired by nature and the colors of autumn!  <\/p>\n

From Imbersago, we will walk along the Adda River to the Praela lake, where we will take a moment to listen to our inner selves with guided meditation. Then, through artistic activities involving watercolor or pastel drawing, we will give shape to the thoughts and emotions gathered during the walk, transforming them into our own works of art.<\/p>\n

Programme <\/h3>\n

10:00 a.m. – meet in front of Leonardo’s Ferry, Piazzale Leonardo Da Vinci – Imbersago (LC)  <\/p>\n

10:30 a.m. – arrival at Praela lake  <\/p>\n

10:30\/11:00 a.m. – guided meditation in nature   <\/p>\n

11:00 a.m.\/12:30 p.m. – creation of your own expressive work of art <\/p>\n
