This guided hike will take us from the streets of Lecco to the woods of Mount Barro, where nature and wellbeing meet. <\/p>\n
We will walk together along paths immersed in nature, among unique views of Lake Lecco and the mountains, until we reach Pian Sciresa: a quiet spot where time seems to slow down. Here, we will stop for a one-hour yoga session led by a certified teacher, with breathing exercises, asanas and moments of meditation, to regain balance and vitality. <\/p>\n
After the practice, we will make our way to the Baita degli Alpini: here we will be able to look out over one of the area’s most evocative panoramic points, with views of Lecco and Lake Como. <\/p>\n
An opportunity to slow down, listen to ourselves and reconnect with nature. <\/p>\n

9:00 am – Meeting in Lecco, Via San Michele, in front of the bar and departure excursion to Pian Sciresa <\/p>\n
10:00 am – arrival at Pian Sciresa and Yoga lesson (about 1h) <\/p>\n
11:00 am – start of the second part of the hike up to the Baita degli Alpini <\/p>\n
11:30 am – arrival and panoramic view of Lecco, start of the descent <\/p>\n
