A guided hike in the heart of the Parco del Monte Barro, among panoramic paths and lush woods, enriched by an introduction to basic self-defence techniques. Accompanied by a nature and walking guide, we will follow a ring itinerary, alternating the hike with moments dedicated to learning practical tactics for personal defence. <\/p>\n

Thanks to the expertise of Eleonora, our FederKravMaga certified instructor, we will discover how to combine movement and awareness, exploring essential principles of self-defence in a natural setting. <\/p>\n

Programme<\/h3>\n

1:00 p.m. – meeting at Bar Fresco, Via Ettore Monti, 36, Galbiate (LC)  <\/p>\n

1:30 p.m. – start of the walk in the Parco del Monte Barro, starting from the Ponte Vecchio and passing by the Cappello degli Alpini square<\/p>\n

3:00 p.m. – arrival at Pian Sciresa and introductory lesson of Self-Defence (Krav Maga), suitable for everyone  <\/p>\n

4:30 p.m. – return to Galbiate  <\/p>\n
