Design Notebooks

Series of conferences organised by the FAI and dedicated to the great masters of 20th century Italian design. There will be an opportunity to get to know four of the most significant exponents still today at the centre of the debate on the worldwide affirmation of so-called “Made in Italy”.

We will enter with Cristina Morozzi into the world of Andrea Branzi (1938-2023), the undisputed father of Italian design, capable of combining his work as a designer with that of a theorist, through fundamental publications.

All the meetings, organised in collaboration with the ‘Pio Manzù Foundation’, will be coordinated by Eugenio Guglielmi, historian of architecture and design.

An aperitif will be organised at the end of the lecture cycle.
