Premana Rivive l’Antico is not just an event, it is the desire of this small town to keep its traditions alive, hand them down to the youngest and share them with anyone who has the curiosity to spend the day on this route where time seems to have stopped a hundred years ago.

This glimpse of the past and of our origins is staged every two years: the entire route takes place in the small mountain village of Premana, a small village in the Valsassina, in the province of Lecco.

The route is a real journey back in time: you will meet farmers busy with country work and the care of livestock; you will see people devoted to trades that have disappeared and other activities that we thought had been forgotten; you will see women in their traditional clothes, families gathered in the evening in the stables, ancient pastimes…

There will be several refreshment points along the route and a self-service restaurant at the end of the event. The event will take place in all weather conditions: in the case of bad weather, the route will be shortened.
