If you are looking for a simple but fascinating walk, the Sentiero Natura is the perfect route!
Accessible to all, in the beautiful setting of the Piani d’Erna basin, dominated by the imposing peaks of Monte Resegone, the Sentiero Natura is a circular trail of about 7 kilometres.
Here you can learn all about the local fauna and flora thanks to the educational panels placed along the way.
The Piani d’Erna can be reached on foot or by cable car from Versasio.
You can reach the cableway station in Via Prealpi, 34, by taking bus no. 5 from the town centre or by car. You can either take path no. 1 and reach Piani d’Erna, where the Sentiero Natura begins, in a couple of hours on foot, or you can take the cableway and reach 1300 metres in just a few minutes.
